Michelle Ciccone is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Communication at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, studying education technologies and media literacy education. Previously she was a K-12 technology integration specialist. She is currently conducting her dissertation research, an ethnographic study of how one local high school is grappling with and making decisions about AI and other digital technologies.
